Consider a Composable function with Logger at very first line. If I see the logs few times or dozens, is that means my Composable is recreated that amount ? Or simple Log.d() is not sufficient to judge that?

I think it's safe to say it's recomposed that amount of times. The amount it's recomposed isn't really in your control and (in my opinion) it's just best to think that your composable is recomposing like 1000 times a second. If you do that, things become clearer, you try not to launch actions based on state, you realize you must memoize things, etc.
