I am trying to animate LazyColumn a little bit smoothly but have no idea what I am doing. What I am trying to do is to allow user to scroll a little bit even if they are already at the top. And when the user flings and hits the top of the list, I want to animate that with anticipate or overshoot kind of easing. I am having a hard time creating a fling behavior for that. Can someone please help me with it?
