Two things in :thread-please:

1. The link at the bottom of the page takes you to a page that says "You do not have permission to create issues in this component."
2. Preview is really hit or miss for me. Sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not. When it's there it typically works fine (it's slow, but fine), but when it's not there I don't know what secret magic combination of things will get it back. Are there logs or something to see why preview would not be showing?
