Maybe Profiler can help? It is located on the bottom tab bar.

it makes things worse to launch profiler on emulator. switching a physical device. 🙂

problem on my case appeared to be scrollState#scrollToItem(index,offset) where I was just ignoring index and putting 0, and offset was really big and changing frequently.

now calculating proper index, with offset accordingly, and it is much better.
