is ConstraintLayout android related or is a kind of layout that you can implement also in other platforms like web and desktop?

i think that i have to import `androidx.constraintlayout:constraintlayout:2.0.4`, but i have to import this `androidx.constraintlayout:constraintlayout-compose:1.0.0-alpha02`

therefore, i see that is not android related

The linear equation solver is a JVM library as it also runs in the IDE. I assume it could trivially be made MPP if ported to Kotlin and then you could sit any frontend on it.
