I am facing performance issues on some devices while using Compose, Specially on scrolling, Is it a known issue?

Please file a bug with a repro case, we'd like to look into it if you're seeing performance issues

I don't have any specific case I was trying this repo https://github.com/Gurupreet/ComposeCookBook but the scrolling and animation are very slow in Moto G4 Android 7.0.
