It is likely that you're not using Kotlin 1.4.20 across the board, then. alpha08 requires 1.4.20. Check your dependencies. Also check `./gradlew dependencies`. And make sure you have the `composeOptions` set with a Kotlin compiler version and Compose version in your build scripts.
