Is there an existing implementation of a modifier/component to reorder the elements of a LazyColumn with a drag handle?

Basically this from the material spec

I managed to move the selected item with a Modifier.draggable but I still need to swap the positions as the item moves around and add the swapping animations, so it doesn't seem like an easy implementation
