As a follow up question, what is everyone using for scrolling tricks? Some things I am thinking about or will be interested in knowing the apis (or seeing some samples for)
• collapsing toolbar
• bottom sheet
• hide and reveal fab or search bar on scroll
• horizontal scrolling within vertical scrolling container etc
(lazy web btw, I haven’t gone through the samples thoroughly yet)

I am using horizontal scrolling within vertical scrolling and since (i think) dev 16 it is just working. So you do not have to lock one direction when scrolling is started. This is done under the hood
