Looks interesting. Maybe i will change my implementation to use this composable as base. And build transition navigation ontop of that.

Let me know what you think. I really like using `TransitionDefinition`s as the source of truth for animations (where possible). Allows a lot of flexibility: i.e. you could provide a SlideOutTransitionDefinition which you'd simply pass to the function.
