Not yet. I just implemented the first iteration to cover everything from here:
https://material.io/components/sliders/
There's no ranger sliders (yet?)

If you want this to happen, please file a bug and we can see together with material team what to do

Cool in those material docs they briefly mention Sliders can have icons on both ends of the bar that reflect a range of values.
