I am wondering if ktlint should / will support kotlin 1.4.

I’m running ktlint on a project that uses (also) 1.4-M2 and so far it worked great 👍 I was not using anything 1.4 specific though

we will be supporting it; likely for the 0.38.0 release. there are a few known issues tagged with the kotlin-1.4 label
