in spring server.. how can i set up a "filter" that can introspect all incoming graphql requests?
i need to add spans with sleuth/brave

and just cannot figure out where to hook into

Yep the best way is to probably use instrumentation from graphql-java

It looks like beginExecution parameter InstrumentationExecutionParameters has the operation name
