if you're going to talk to a given action author about introducing github-actions-typing, please add a comment with a link to a ticket/PR in https://github.com/krzema12/github-workflows-kt/issues/567. The goal is to keep track which action owners we already got in touch with. For issues/PRs, GitHub nicely displays its status (open/closed/merged/declined) so our tracking issue works like a dashboard with tracking all the statuses
