why is `Android Studio Bumblebee | 2021.1.1.21 Patch 1` update redirecting me to <https://developer.android.com/studio?utm_source=android-studio|Android Studio> page to download it again? Can't it update within AS as earlier updates?

Maybe it can't tell between Apple and Intel hardware so they want you to do it?

Nope, that's not it since it's done the same to me on Linux.  Perhaps it's a ruse to get us to confirm that we have read and agree to the T&amp;Cs (do you read those things or just check the box?)
