Android Studio 2020.3.1 Patch 3
OS : Mac

Preview not rendering, some time it renders but removed in some time.
Tried almost everything on stackoverflow, none of that helps.

Also getting IDE Low memory issue. And running multiple process of java.

Anyone facing this or resolved this?
Can anyone help?
