I've seen bugs reported for the above and I had it happen to me recently. I simply uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked, but if you want you can run https://github.com/rock3r/deep-clean with the --nuke option and it should put you in a working state. If you don't want to go that route, try to lookup AS caches and delete them and restart.
