In my job, the developer merges his PR. But I rather prefer the `reviewer` do it, because he's `the one who agreed the code`.
And yes, we can use the `Draft` label.

Thanks, I know. I used it in one team around a year ago. But later started to work with other guys, who rely on Gitlab where I really miss `Drafts`  and have to add `[WIP]` into PRs names :(

Yeah, the cool part about this feature is that you can't actually merge them till the author switches them to a real PR
