Tried to write a test with `testCoroutineScheduler` in `commonMain` in a KMP  project and it seems that <https://github.com/kotest/kotest/blob/cf00ea98e615b19f6aa1b16b06f90a18517505a0/kotest-framework/kotest-framework-api/src/jvmMain/kotlin/io/kotest/core/test/delayController.kt|it is defined> only form jvm projects.

Is there some reason to restrict to jvm-only?
