Another question, is effort on tfk somehow comparable with https://github.com/tilman151/klay ?

Yes, similar in some ways. A neural net DSL will be part of it, but I'm hoping to provide a higher-level abstraction on top of that as well, based on type of problem to be solved. I should have an initial spec draft ready in a couple weeks showing the planned DSL capabilities.
