We hope to release the next version in April.

You can get the latest master artifacts build from TeamCity, e.g.: https://teamcity.jetbrains.com/buildConfiguration/KotlinTools_KotlinxDatetime_Build_All/3399270?buildTab=artifacts
They are even organized as a maven repository, but beware that they are not guaranteed to persist for a long time, and may be cleaned up by the build server.
