Could Compose for Desktop please be rebased on https://android-review.googlesource.com/c/platform/frameworks/support/+/1900420? The new LazyVerticalGrid would be very useful for desktop applications.

We will probably have to wait until this is in the Jetpack Compose dependency as I doubt JetBrains cherry picks specific commits from AOSP

Yes, Chris is right. I expect there will be a rebase around mid Jan and there will be a dev build with it.
