It would be great to have a tool like the DevTools on Chrome for seeing every elements with its padding/margin/arrangement/other properties and to be able to see the delimitations etc

I know it can be programmed with Compose but a plugin or a "debug mode" could be really great, is it planned ?

I wonder if there is an Android tool for this yet

For Android we have the Layout Inspector in Android Studio / IntelliJ Android plugin, which works for Compose already.
