Which version of compose desktop should I be using...

Which version of compose desktop should I be using now. My IDE tells me that

classpath("org.jetbrains.compose:compose-gradle-plugin:1.1.0-alpha1-dev527")

is available and is the latest, but I see on the github releases page that 1.0,1-rc2 with kotlin 1.6.10 support is available.

it is strange 1.1.0 hasn't 1.6.10 support, semantically it is higher
