Can that be used in kiosk mode with a touch screen too? (I am only referring to full-screen mode without any window manager here. Not any browser concept.)

Feel free to try, there’s full screen support in Compose and you can just package an application and run it without window manager. The only trick would be the GPU hardware, as software mode could be slow, but you need to check with your setup.

What are the prerequisites for running it on the RPi 400?
a
@Michael Paus I think the underlying
skiko
layer still needs X window system for rendering. https://github.com/JetBrains/skiko/issues/28 You can probably run it in fullscreen mode within X but I think you would need a window manager for handling the touch input. I am interested in Kiosk mode on arm64 as well.

Thanks @Aru. My question was exactly aiming at any hints for such potential pitfalls.

Okay.
