Hello, is there a solution for platform wide global hotkey support?

I'm thinking of making a library similar to xdg-portal on Linux to support a bunch of use cases like this. I also need support for stuff like webcams, microphones and screencasts, and these are all neatly abstracted by that API (on Linux anyway).
