How can I change the default msi install path?

@Tobias Suchalla setting it to "C:\Tool" doesn't work, it's still "C:\Program Files\Tool" when the msi opens

I hadn't tried "C:\" yet but face the same problem. It seems "C:\Program Files\" is the base dir and you can't go lower.
