Hey, why does `build-253` still require `1.5.10` and not `1.5.21`, after its merge last friday?

Hi! To migrate Compose MPP to a latest Compose and (in this case) latest Kotlin, some work needs to be done, so it is not immediate. It is in our nearest plans.

I am only asking because this regression <https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-47771> prevents you using compiled libraries with `1.5.21` with the current Compose Web release, based on `1.5.10`. The update last friday gave me hope for the next weekly release using `1.5.21` :D

Yes, basically this is the main task, to migrate Compose Web. And it couldn’t be started before main Compose is migrated to new Kotlin.
