What version of compose desktop is for 1.5.21?

I don't think such a version has been released yet, but we just merged 1.5.21 into master late this past week, so I would expect such a version to be released very soon.

The info which versions of Kotlin, plugins, etc. are compatible with a Compose build should be part of the release notes. I spent already quite some time fighting with such incompatibilities 🙃
