Should we expect support of constraint layout on CFD in the future?

Only if you file bugs requesting it. Or just use other layouts. I don't think there are currently any plans to make constraint layout be run outside of Android, although I don't know of any fundamental blockers.

the issue here was the Android-only library dependency, so if you really need it - please file an issue at Google issue tracker
