You're also posting in compose-desktop, but it looks like you're developing for Android. Or maybe it's a multi-platform setup?

multiplatform , the plugin is of compose-desktop , that's why i thought this would be an Appropriate Place

You may have a gradle daemon running in the background. Use jps -m to find anything that mentions gradle or kotlin and kill them
