The packageMsi is soooo close to finally working. I was able to finally install it, but when I run it, I get a popup, "Failed to Launch JVM." When I try to run the uber jar, I get "no main manifest attribute, in <my jar>" We're soooo close haha

I don't think so. There's been a lot of bugs filed for packageMsi not working and each fixed bug gets it further and further in the process but still not complete
