Is this a good library to learn Deep Learning on?

IMHO, If your learning method is learning by doing and you already have some basic understanding, then yes 🙂 But as a complete beginner I would probably start with a more matured frameworks first, Frameworks, which are widely used in available teaching materials (blogs, courses etc.). KotlinDL is also very useful if you want to work with KotlinJVM, like e.g. with Kotlin Jupyter Kernel
