I guess because svg is an extension to web apis. Plus not all projects need them

I'm pretty sure everyone would 😄 I heard rumors that compose will skip 1.6.0 due to AGP issues recently discovered and will go straight for 1.6.10 when it's available.

Which is a bit disappointing to me as I couldn't care less about android side of compose
