Really I was thinking to create a feature request about this in the ktfmt repo because the problems I had with spotless, so it is great to it just exists already :)

ktfmt per se, has no concept of caching. It just reformats the file you provide.

ktfmt-gradle lets you run ktfmt per module, adding the concept of caching.
