By the way, I have a fix for `name 'Array' is not defined` in the local shelf, it's quite simple. Should I push it before we support kotlinc with stdlib-py?

The main concern that we won't have those stdlib changes reflected in `out_ir.py` until we support kotlinc

Could you please push it to a draft PR which we'll merge after kotlinc is adjusted? I'm planning to tackle it next Friday, I'm back to working on the project 1 day per 2 weeks
