Compose for Wear OS <https://developer.android.com/jetpack/androidx/releases/wear-compose#1.0.0-rc01|1.0.0-rc01> has been released. We expect this to be the only release candidate with the next release being the 1.0.0 final. The release includes a few UX updates to match the latest UX guidance and small enhancement to enable `ScalingLazyColumn` to be visible in Android Studio Previews.

As announced in <https://kotlinlang.slack.com/archives/C02GBABJUAF/p1653675665701049> this includes a change to the default padding of the CompactChip to meet accessibility guidelines - this might impact your layouts if you are using CompactChips.
