anybody already written a common kotlin val Char.isEmoji: Boolean helper? The Char api is pretty limited and all my stackoverflow results are jvm or iOS specific

btw, not sure if it was intentional but some emojis can be made up of multiple characters so Char.isEmoji may not be sufficient

yeah i’m still trying to figure this out, afaict Char is a utf-16 character. afaict that’s sufficient but i’m still reading
