Any support (even experimental) for building Kotlin Native macOS-arm64 frameworks (i.e. for Apple Silicon machines)?

Not yet. It's under consideration, as you'd expect, but nothing yet, so Rosetta 2 for now.

You can see planned items on the Kotlin roadmap: https://kotlinlang.org/roadmap.html#kotlin-roadmap On it you can see arm64 for mac support is for now postponed and there are links to the issues so you can vote and watch them. 😄
