Kotlin doesn't have Rust interop. One of the main reasons why is that Rust doesn't have a stable ABI ( https://stackoverflow.com/questions/2171177/what-is-an-application-binary-interface-abi ). Some further insight can be found here: https://people.gnome.org/~federico/blog/rust-stable-abi.html
