Will there be a separate Kotlin Native survey for non mobile developers (aka all the other Kotliners using Kotlin Native, which is a very LARGE group)? According to the Kotlin 2019 survey ( https://www.jetbrains.com/lp/devecosystem-2019/kotlin/ ) by JB with the Which platforms do you target? question (in the Kotlin Native section), the top target is Linux at 74% (large), Android at 48%, MacOS at 47%, and Windows at 45%. The iOS answer is significantly smaller at 28% (not very large).

As far as I see Kotlin Native is just 8% of the whole Kotlin applications, and Linux is 74% of this 8%, which is ~6%. Am I wrong?

I don’t want to get super into that debate, and not saying there shouldn’t be another survey, but those results are clearly off, unless I’m completely mis-understanding the world. According to them, 28% are targetting iOS and 25% webassembly? 47% are making desktop mac apps? I guess maybe, but I’d be pretty surprised if that represented the actual situation on the ground.

Note that the Kotlin survey doesn't make the distinction between individual, commercial, and industrial development markets (all are treated the same). There is no way to do a break down by development market type. If there was a way then the numbers would greatly vary.
