Will there be an official 1.3.60 K/N release here: https://github.com/JetBrains/kotlin-native/releases ? I usually wait for that and/or an announcement here from the K/N folks before I start releasing upgraded libraries
b
The Changelog has been like that for some time though, and it wasn't released in October 😅
k
maybe the K/N release was ready then, but they're just attaching it to the kotlin proper release train?
d
They haven't added anything new, have they? All the new stuff I've seen is for 1.3.70

I'm not trying to say that K/N 1.3.60 has more changes coming, but usually the signal for that is a tag on the K/N GH and a real GH release with release notes. This time, the signal was mainly that kotlinx.serialization did a release, which must mean K/N release is out because serialization a JB mpp lib that uses K/N. While Kotlin and K/N use the same versioning now, Kotlin still appears to get released first, and K/N follows shortly after.

Kotlin and Kotlin/Native released on the same date, when blog-post arrived on site - for JB - it's actual release, not the GH release As you saw, GH releases contained just all builds release/eap/dev
