Why is the @kotlin.native.internal.VolatileLambda annotation internal?

because it is not intended for external consumption, and is stdlib implementation detail

What's responsible for enforcing that the lambda given to workers is non-capturing? I assumed it was that annotation.

For composition I’d recommend to wrap Worker.execute with code, which passes lambda to execute like in https://github.com/JetBrains/kotlin-native/blob/master/samples/objc/src/main/kotlin/Window.kt
