I'm not sure where to report this. I keep getting error: compilation failed: C:\Users\Dominic\KotlinNativeProjects\kotlin-sqlite\build\konan\libs\mingw_x64\ksqlite.klib: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process., when I build Kotlin/Native project in CLion. Can only fix it by restarting.
