I searched for an IDE for KN I found AppCode and CLion but both IDEs aren't free.
is there any free IDE for KN?

No. However there was some talk weeks ago about JB developing a Kotlin IDE which would cover all Kotlin development (Kotlin JS, Kotlin JVM, and Kotlin Native). The IDE might have a community edition if we're lucky 🍀.

Also, both AppCode and CLion regularly have Early Access Preview builds, which are available for free.
