I think that docker image to build K/N binaries and to run them shouldn’t be the same. 

The same problem if you bundle all compilers infrastructure for any other native language. You can bundle it to runtime docker, but probably it’s not the most efficient solution, much more cheap is to have minimalistic image that only can run binaries

sure, building shall be done in separate container, and to run K/N binaries there shall be no deps at all
