Highly unlikely. All the AVR boards have insufficient resources (flash ROM, RAM etc) to run a Kotlin Native program. Note that Kotlin Native hasn't been ported to any embedded platform yet.

Not sure, maybe something higher end like STM32 is the better target. LLVM on AVR is improving, so it's not entirely impossible, but Nick is correct, bit more resources is desired.
