Yes but VAT is added when providing services such as conferences, concerts and other things in the specific country. Much like when you stay at a hotel or eat at a restaurant in that country. You do not usually get to claim it back even if it is a business expense. And from my understanding (albeit Trifork knows better as it's their department) this should be applied.

Good point, thanks @hhariri. But is there a reason in this case to mention the price without the VAT at all since the only entities, who will be able to deduct it would be the Swiss ones and I guess they are quite a tiny slice of the attending crowd?
