Hi, I'm willing to talk about Kotlin + Android at KotlinConf, but I'm afraid of several things:
- I'm not English native (French native), and while I have no difficulties to speak, I may have trouble understanding others depending on the voice of the people or the complexity of the vocabulary, which I assume, could be an issue for a Q&A session, and for the event organization.
- I am a little hearing impaired (~15% hearing loss), which doesn't help understanding others, especially in a foreign language.

Could this be an important issue if I want to speak to KotlinConf?

Hi Louis, there are many people that are not native English speakers and from my experience, speaking at conferences for over 20 years, that really isn’t an issue. In terms of QA, it shouldn’t be a problem. If you submit your session and it’s picked, then I’m sure we can work something out to have someone assist with questions if necessary.
