Just succeeded with deploying the Kotlin notebook with DataLore. In case anyone want to see it (very small demo of what package can actually do): https://datalore.jetbrains.com/view/notebook/umJ5HakN3gpKcI1VDbKw52

Link doesn't work for me, just redirects me to the main page
You should publish the notebook to share the link (file -> publish)
p
Ok, I'll try again
I updated link, does it now work?

Hmmm, I guess still need to get the hang of this sharing links 😉
I enabled the sharing by link (was not on by default). So same link should now work 🙂

I felt a kind of nostalgy - I worked in TradingView before and there were a lot of indicators and strategies around me every day) Calendar chart is impressive, I would like to see something like that in Plotly or LetsPlot. Thanks for sharing!

Plotly does not have calendar charts out of the box, but it seems that it could be added via headmap. If you want it, please leave an issue.
It is so nice, I decided to tweet it 🙂 https://twitter.com/noraltavir/status/1398992756081631238?s=20

Thanks, not sure how that works with my datalore resource limits but we'll see 👀
a
Err.. I did not think that it could somehow affect your account. In fact it should not. But I have much less twitter subscribers than the number of people in this channel anyway.

Benefits of not being a "thousander"))

I really think that people must see more of kotlin-for-data team results
p
I think Kotlin has a bright future in data science. Especially when data science and business logic becomes more intertwined, Kotlin is an excellent choice.
i
@Peter are the sources of your library publicly available?
p
@Ilya Muradyan Plan to release it only in few months. Don't want people to make financial decisions based on bad/incorrect info, so some more testing required. However if there is something specific you are looking for, I can provide you access or share that part.
